The services are made up of one of more of the following:

(a) Presentation
A PowerPoint presentation adapted to the needs of your company will be given before the practical training commences.

(b) Practical Assessment + Training
Depending on whether a half or full day is chosen, a practical assessment will commence which will then engage the drivers in real training to improve their behind the wheel skills.

(c) Personalised Report
To ensure your needs as an organisation are captured, a personalised report with recommended action points will be produced for each driver assessed/trained.

The services available are as follows:

• Day Course (for one or two drivers)

o Contains elements (a), (b) and (c)

• Half Day Course (for one driver)

o Contains elements (a), (b) and (c), however there is less time for (b).

• Assessment + Report

o An assessment (b) is given without training and a report (c) produced.

 

Fleet Training is an initiative of the government designed for reducing work-related road accidents.

 

The benefit to you is that your liability in law will be reduced because you have given training to the drivers you employ. You will also have the confidence your drivers will not be just average road-users; they will be trained in safety efficiency.
